TOURNAMENT CENTRAL
The 2024 Ohio Valley Conference Baseball Championship presented by SERVPRO field is now set. Eastern Illinois ended up as the No. 6 seed and will face No. 7 SIUE in the opening round. Little Rock earned the No. 1 seed after winning the regular season OVC title. Southeast Missouri is the second seed while Morehead State is the No. 3 seed. Southern Indiana is the fourth seed and is followed by Tennessee Tech, EIU, SIUE, and UT Martin.
The event will be held May 22-25 at Mtn Dew Park in Marion, Illinois. This year marks the 45th OVC Baseball Tournament (the first elimination style event was held in 1979). This year marks the third time the event has been held at the venue (2019, 2023, 2024).
This year's bracket once again includes four single elimination games on Wednesday, with the winners advancing to the double elimination portion of the bracket which will include the No. 1 and 2 seeds (who receive byes until Thursday games).
The entire tournament will be streamed on ESPN+.
