2024 EIU Women's Soccer Schedule

Second year Eastern Illinois women's soccer coach Dirk Bennett has released the Panthers schedule for the upcoming season which includes 11 home matches on the Lakeside Field pitch.
 
EIU will play two exhibition matches prior to starting the regular season with an August 5 date at Illinois and home contest with Southern Illinois on Aug. 10.
 
After opening the regular season on the road at Loyola-Chicago on August 15, the Panthers will play four of their five non-conference home matches over the next two weeks hosting Akron, Valparaiso, Purdue Fort Wayne and Illinois Springfield between August 18 and 29.  EIU's final non-conference home match will be on Sept. 8 hosting Northern Illinois.
 
The road non-conference slate includes early September matches at Eastern Kentucky, IUPUI and Indiana State.
 
Ohio Valley Conference play opens on the road for EIU at Morehead State on Sept. 22.   Four of the nine conference matches will be on the road with trips to Southern Indiana, SIUE and Little Rock.
 
EIU hosts five OVC matches at Lakeside Field opening with Lindenwood on Sept. 26.  Southeast Missouri, Western Illinois, Tennessee Tech and UT Martin all visit Charleston for OVC action in October.
 
This year's OVC Tournament will open on Friday, Nov. 2 with first round matches at campus sites.
 
EIU finished tied for fifth in the OVC standings last season and returns eight players who started nine or more matches last season.
