GAME 21
Eastern Illinois meets Little Rock on Monday afternoon in the make-up contest from the December 21 game that was postponed at the time due to a death within the Little Rock program.Ā  EIU enters the game on a seven game losing streak after a pair of tough home losses this past week to Morehead State and Southern Indiana.Ā  EIU enters the game 5-15 overall, 1-8 in the OVC.Ā  Little Rock enters the game having won five straight games including four straight on the road.Ā  The Trojans are a half-game out of first place in the OVC standings at 13-7 overall, 7-2 in the conference.Ā

JACOBI ADDS TO HIS DOUBLE-DOUBLE TOTAL
Kooper Jacobi picked up his eighth double-double of the season on Saturday finishing with 17 points and 12 rebounds against Southern Indiana.Ā  Jacobi leads the OVC in double-doubles this season with his total ranking 20th in the NCAA.Ā  Ā Jacobi is tied for the Panthers team lead with 16 double figure scoring games while posting nine double figure rebounding games.Ā  Ā He has just missed on three other double-doubles this year finishing games against Northwestern, Valparaiso and SIUE with double figure scoring and nine rebounds.Ā  His 9.6 rebounds per game is first in the OVC and 20th in the NCAA.Ā  Ā He is looking to become the fourth EIU player in the program's NCAA Division I history to lead the conference in rebounding for the season.Ā  The other three are Muusa Dama in 2016-17 (OVC), Barry Johnson in 1991-92 (Mid-Con) and Kevin Duckworth in 1985-86 (Mid-Con).

DOUBLE FIGURE STEALS FOR EIU
Eastern Illinois finished with ten steals in Saturday's loss to Southern Indiana.Ā  It marked the sixth time this season EIU has had ten or more steals in a game with a season high 20 against Blackburn College.Ā  The Panthers are currently second in the OVC in steals per game after leading the league each of the last two seasons in steals.Ā  They are averaging 8.7 steals per contest.Ā  EIU has collected its steals by committee with four players with 20 or steals and another three players in double figures.Ā  Ā Ā
