Wooten beat Lana Caculovic in two sets winning 6-1, 6-0. Â
Illinois Stat was able to the take the other three contested sets on the court adding two additional points by default at No. 5 and No. 6 singles.Â
In doubles play, Charleigh Day and
Luisa Renovales Salazar pushed their match at No. 2 doubles to a tie break before losing 7-6 (7-5).Â
The Redbirds won the overall doubles point winning 6-3 at No. 1 doubles and the No. 3 doubles match by default.
