Eastern Illinois women's basketball head coach
Marqus McGlothan has announced the hiring of Noah Larson as an assistant coach on the Panthers staff.
Larson has experience coaching at both the AAU and prep level over the last ten plus years. In addition, he has worked with and helped develop several notable players including Tishara Morehouse (2023 ASUN Women's Player of the Year), Kaye Clark (Sun Belt steals leader) and Jordan Poole (2019 NBA Draft selection).
He most recently worked with the JL3 EYBL AAU program for the last two years. Larson worked one season as the head girls basketball coach at Golda Mier Upper Campus in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to that he worked at Rufus King High School (Wis.) from 2014-20. The team was the City Conference champion in each season and during the 2016-17 season was ranked in both the USA Today and Max Prep High School Top 25 polls.
Larson earned his bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State in 2016 and served as the men's basketball team manager for four seasons during his undergraduate time at St. Cloud State.
