Eastern Illinois men's golf will compete in its second event of the spring season on Tuesday when the Panthers play at the Morehead State Keene Trace Collegiate in Lexington, Ky.
 
The one-day, 36-hole event will be played at the Keene Trace Golf Club on the Champion Trace Course playing at 7,117 yards and a Par 72 lay-out.
 
Jack Roche was the Panthers top finisher in the first spring event of the season for the Panthers when they played back in February at the New Orleans Gulf Coast Collegiate.  Roche placed 34th in the field with a team-best score of 235. 
 
Luke Watson, a Lexington native, currently has the best season stroke average on the Panthers team at 75.1 followed closely by both Ian Hollander and Alex Siatos at 76.1.
 
The field includes teams from host Morehead State, Eastern Illinois, Centre College, Mount Saint Joseph, Pikeville, Transylvania, and Western Illinois.   Additional individual competitors from Anderson University, Kentucky, Miami (Ohio), and Xavier will also be in the field.
