Tournament Results

Alex Siatos posted a 54-hole total of even par 213 to lead the Eastern Illinois men's golf team during play Monday and Tuesday at the SIUE Derek Dolenc Invite.  The two day event was played at the Gateway National Golf Links in Madison, Illinois.
 
Siatos opened Monday at three-under par shooting rounds of one-under 70 and two-under 69 to open the event.   He closed the tournament with a round of 74 to finish tied for 24th in a competitive field which included 17 teams and 100 golfers in the field.
 
As a team EIU finished 16th with a 54-hole score of 888 shooting  a team best round of 287 on Monday afternoon.
 
Bradley was the team champion at the event with Tanner Dinnebier of Northern Iowa the individual medalist with a 54-hole total of ten-under par 203.
 
Tanner Thompson and Brendan O'Brien tied as the second best golfers for EIU in the field in a tie for 73rd with both players shooting totals of 225.  Thompson opened the tournament with an even round of 71 on Monday morning.  O'Brien's best round was a one-over 72 on Monday afternoon.
 
Jordan McCaslin was EIU's fourth scored golfer with a total of 231 for a tie for 88th.  His best round was a 74 on Monday afternoon.
 
Luke Watson rounded out EIU's golfers in the field in 95th place.  He shot a score of 235 with a closing round of 76 on Tuesday.
