EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets during 2012 cross country season... top time was 19;15.82 at the EIU Walt Crawford... placed 15th at the Illini Open... competed in five meets during 2011 cross country season... member of OVC Championship squad that won first league title since 2001... placed 40th at the OVC meet with a time of 19:52.86... top 5K time of the season was 18:57.74 at the EIU Walt Crawford.
EIU TRACK: Competed in 2012 indoor and outdoor track... ran the 3K and 5K during indoor track with best 3K time of 11:00.85 at John Craft Invite... ran the 1,500m and 5K during outdoor season... best 5K time was 19:15.57 at EIU Big Blue.
HIGH SCHOOL: Distance runner from Dixon High School where she earned an IHSA Class 2A State berth in the 3200m run... entered the state championships with a sectional time of 11:31.87 which ranked seventh best in the field... placed 15th in Class 2A with a championship time of 11:40.39... in cross country Sondgeroth helped DHS place fourth in the IHSA Class 2A State Championships as she placed 41st in the field with a time of 18:17.
