EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets during the 2012 cross country season... placed 55th at the OVC Championships... best time of the season was 18:58 at the EIU Walt Crawford placing 16th... competed in three meets during the 2011 cross country season... posted a season best time of 18:55.75 in season opening EIU Walt Crawford Open... ran in all seven events during 2010 cross country season... placed 16th at OVC Championships and 160th at NCAA Regional... top 5K time was 19:30 at the OVC Championships... ran in seven events during 2009 cross country season including placing 167th at NCAA Regional... best time was 19:54 at Illinois Intercollegiate.

EIU TRACK: Competed in distance events in 2012 indoor and outdoor track... member of indoor OVC Championship team running the 3K and 5K... best 3K time was 10:34.30... ran 10K as a member of OVC Championship team in outdoor season with a time of 40:38.92... best 5K time was 18:18 at EIU Tweener...  competed in 2011 indoor and outdoor track... ran mile, 3000m and 5000m during indoor season... was 4th at OVC Indoor Championships in the 5K with a time of 18:22.81... rank 5K and 10K during outdoor season... was 6th place finisher in the 10K at the OVC Championships with a time of 39:50.48... competed in 2010 indoor and outdoor track... ran distance events during indoor season placing 8th in 3000m and 9th in 5000m at indoor OVC Championships... top 3K time was 10:39.78 at OVC meet while top 5K time was 18:52.11 also at OVC meet... ran 5000m and 10000m at outdoor OVC Championships... top 5K time was 18:46.99 at SIUE Gateway.

HIGH SCHOOL: ran track and cross country at nearby Mattoon HS... team captain... set the school record in cross country with a time of 20:14.
