CHARLESTON, Ill. - Due to construction delays on the new track surface being placed at O'Brien Field, Eastern Illinois men's and women's track has altered its 2013 outdoor schedule.  The changes are in the early portion of the schedule including the cancellation of the EIU Big Blue.

EIU will now open the outdoor track season on March 29-30 at Southern Illinois.  EIU will then travel to the Miami (Ohio) Relays on April 5-6.  The other change to the schedule is EIU will compete in the Illinois State Redbird Classic on April 20.

EIU is schedule to host the 2013 OVC Outdoor Track Championships at O'Brien Field on May 5-6.
