NOTES TO KNOW
• Eastern Illinois will be wrapping up the 2018 regular season on Saturday facing nationally ranked Southeast Missouri. The Panthers enter at 3-4 in the OVC after a 52-21 win over Austin Peay last Saturday. EIU will be looking to finish at .500 or better in the OVC for the seventh consecutive season.
• Eastern Illinois faces No. 23 Southeast Missouri on Saturday. The Panthers are 25-64 all-time against ranked FCS opponents. EIU's last win over an FCS ranked opponent was last season when the Panthers best No. 24 Tennessee State, 19-16, in two overtimes at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.

Isaiah Johnson was named the Ohio Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Week following his 187 yard, three touchdown performance against Austin Peay. The 187 yards were the third highest rushing total by a player in the OVC this season. Johnson has 603 yards for the season and ranks fifth in the league in rushing.
• Eastern Illinois defense had three turnovers gained during the win over Austin Peay. It was the seventh straight game EIU has forced a turnover after not creating any turnovers in the first three games of the season. EIU now has 15 turnovers gained for the season. It marked the 31st time that EIU has forced two or more turnovers in a game under head coach
Kim Dameron.
• Eastern Illinois will have 14 seniors playing their final collegiate game on Saturday when the Panthers play Southeast Missouri. The group has posted a 22-22 overall record including a 19-12 record in OVC play which included a trip to the FCS playoffs in 2015.
THE SERIES
• Eastern Illinois and Southeast Missouri will be meeting for the 26th time as the Panthers play their final game of the 2018 season. EIU holds an 18-7 all-time series lead after a 19-16 win in Charleston last September. SEMO won the last time the school's met in Cape Girardeau, 21-14, in October of 2016. This will mark the first time that the two schools have ended the regular season against each other. EIU is 7-5 all-time in games played at Houck Stadium.
