Due to health and safety protocols within the Eastern Illinois program, EIU's women's basketball game at Tennessee Tech, scheduled for Saturday, has been postponed. The games will each be made up as part of the OVC's COVID rescheduling policy.
 
The Panther women will now play at Tennessee Tech on Monday, January 24.   

EIU is scheduled to return to action on Thursday, Jan. 13 when the Panthers host SIUE as part of an OVC doubleheader.  The women will host SIUE at 5 p.m. with the men's game at 8 p.m.  The men's game will be televised on ESPNU as part of the league's season TV package.

This will mark the second rescheduled game for the EIU women as they will play Murray State on Jan. 17. 
 
EIU has also announced start times for its rescheduled doubleheader with Murray State on Jan. 17.  The women will tip at 1 p.m. followed by the men at 3:30 p.m.
