2024 EIU Football Schedule

Eastern Illinois football has released start times for its five home games on the 2024 schedule as the Panthers are set to begin Spring Practice in the coming weeks.
 
In addition EIU released promotional dates for the five home contests.   Season ticket sales and renewals will begin in mid-April with single game tickets and tailgate spots on sale on August 1.
 
The 2024 home opener against Indiana State will be under the lights at O'Brien Field with a 6 p.m. start on Sept. 7.
 
EIU will then host Lindenwood for its Big South-OVC Opener on Sept. 28 at 2 p.m. as part of the Panthers Hall of Fame Weekend.
 
Homecoming will be on Oct. 5 against Southeast Missouri with a 2 p.m. kickoff.
 
EIU then has two home November dates as part of its 12-game regular season schedule.   The Panthers host in-state rival Western Illinois at 2 pm on Nov. 2 and then Charleston Southern on Nov. 16 at 12 p.m. (Noon).
 
All home games will be aired on ESPN+ again this season as part of the conference broadcast package.
 
EIU is set to open spring practice on Tuesday, March 26.  This year's Spring Game is set for Saturday, April 27 at 11 a.m. at O'Brien Field
