Eastern Illinois women's golf played its final regular season event prior to heading to the 2024 Ohio Valley Conference Championships as the Panthers placed 5th at the Indiana State Spring Invite.
Ashley Chen carded a final round of 74 to tie for 13th at the Terre Haute Country Club as three Panthers shot in the 70's on the final day. Chen's 36-hole score was 154.
Purdue Fort Wayne won the team title with Kate Petrova of Evansville the individual medalist.
Meera Upadhyay tied for 15th with a final round of 75 and a 36-hole total of 156.
Ava Boehm had a final round of 77 to tie for 21st and post a 36-hole total of 160.
Mya Mirocha and
Katelind Winterland rounded out the final scored EIU women's golfers. Mirocha shot 164 for the tournament to place 25th. Winterland was 29th with a score of 167.
Lindsey Hastings and
Olivia Quigley both played as individuals in the event. Hastings was 28th with a 36-hole total of 165. Quigley was 33rd in the field with a total of 173.
