The Panthers women's team traveled to Illinois State for an afternoon meet. EIU fell to ISU 155-74; however, it had multiple impressive individual performances.  

Anna Mueller earned the first gold medal for the Panthers in the 1000 Yard Freestyle with a time of 10:44.16. Mueller also secured a second-place finish in the 500 Yard Freestyle.  

Sydney Vandervelde prevailed in the Women's 200 Yard IM with a time of 2:13.90.  

The 200 Yard Freestyle Relay team earned gold with a time of 1:41.75. The relay team consisted of Jenna Patridge, Bella Earll, Sophia Buswell, and Anna Mueller.  

Genevieve Biberdorf earned a silver medal in the 200 Yard Breaststroke with a time of 2:23.17. Jenna Patridge also earned second place in the 200 Yard Backstroke with a time of 2:07.28.  

Sophia Buswell earned a top three finish in the 200 Yard Butterfly with a time of 2:12.07.  

The Panthers women's team will travel to the University of Illinois next Saturday for one final regular season meet before the Summit League Championship.
