CHARLESTON, Ill. --  Both Eastern Illinois men's and women's swimming squads dunked visiting Lincoln College on Friday afternoon, with the Panther men winning, 123-82, and the EIU women victorious at 124-64.

The sweep helps move the Eastern men to 4-1 on the season, while the Panther women picked up their first win of the season to now sit at 1-4.

First place individual winners for the women included Hailey Foss in the 1000-Free (10:57.43), Megan Eshleman in both the 200-Free (2:02.56) and 500-Free (5:23.51), Morgan Roberts in 50-Free sprint (26.21), and Mary Lacine was first in the 400-IM (4:51.05).

Also touching first was Kate Paige in 100-Fly (1:01.74), Alyssa Lehman in the 100-Back (1:01.95) and Kelli Dicanio in the 100-Breast (1:09.19).

Both relay squads picked up titles, including the foursome of Lehman, Dicanio, Paige, and Janis McGee in the 200-Medley Relay (1:54.20), while the team of Lehman, #Tammy Bowen, McGee, and Foss captured the final race win in the 200-Free Relay (1:45.10).

For the men, John Wilson, Ken Tiltges, Adam Jones, and Tyler Hsieh teamed up to win the 200-Free Relay (1:26.12), but the Panthers captured second in the 200-Medley Relay event.

Individually, first place winners included Tiltges in the 200-Free (1:47.25), Wilson in the 50-Free (21.97), Michael Lacine in 400-IM (4:18.90), Dan Enge in 100-Fly (53.31), and Joe Ciliak touching first in the 100-Breast (58.89).

Each Panther squad will now prepare for the upcoming three-day Western Kentucky Invitational set for November 19-21 in Bowling Green, Ky., which marks the end of events for the fall semester. The winter portion of the schedule will return on Jan. 4, as EIU will travel to Auburn prior to competing at the Tunica Invite on Jan. 7-8. .
