The Eastern Illinois men's tennis team is looking to bounce back after two losses last weekend. Â The Panthers will open up against Dayton on Friday at the West Indy Racquet Club in Indianapolis at 4 p.m. and then Saturday at Northern Kentucky at 4 p.m.

Number one singles player
Freddie O'Brien continues to lead the Panthers as he picked up a win over the weekend to bring his dual match record to 6-4. Playing at number two singles,
Mike Jansen also picked up a win at UIC last Saturday to bring his dual match record to 7-3. Jansen has won his last three matches.

Daniel Hernandez at number three singles was able to pick to the sole point for the Panthers last Friday at Valparaiso and now has an overall record of 5-4.Â

Hernandez and Jansen continue to lead the way in doubles play with a 6-4 spring record.Â

The Panthers are 6-6 overall this season. Dayton enters the weekend with a 4-3 record while Northern Kentucky is 1-4.
