Eastern Illinois men's tennis will face its third ranked opponent over the last four days when the Panthers play their final non-conference matches on Tuesday.
 
EIU will play two matches, both played to clinch, at ITA ranked No. 37 Kentucky.
 
The Panthers are coming off a pair of non-conference Saturday contests at No. 44 Middle Tennessee and No. 58 Vanderbilt.
 
EIU will wrap up its 2025 season this Saturday hosting Tennessee Tech for the Panthers senior day.  The match is slated for Charleston High School after severe weather damaged EIU's Rex Darling Tennis Courts.
 
Alex Aldaz continues to lead the Panthers this spring with eight wins in singles.  He is followed on the team by Pieke Bouman, Tyler Carlin and Duarte Trocado all with six wins in singles play.
 
In doubles play Tyler Carlin and Zach White continue to play well together at the No. 2 doubles spot posting an 8-1 record in doubles play including 2-0 in Horizon League action.
 
Pieke Bouman and Duarte Trocado have played well at No. 3 doubles since being teamed together posting a 4-2 record including a 2-1 mark in Horizon League play.
 
This season EIU has played 16 different doubles combinations in 26 total matches.
