2019 EIU Cross Country Schedule

Eastern Illinois cross country head coach Erin Howarth has announced the Panthers schedule for the upcoming 2019 season.
 
The Panthers return the top seven runners from both the men's and women's team including All-OVC performers Dustin Hatfield, Grace Rowan and Avani Flanagan.
 
The season will open on Friday, Sept. 6 with the EIU Walt Crawford Open.  The meet will feature the men's 8K race at 3:45 p.m. followed by the women's 5K race at 4:30 p.m.  Both races will take place on the Tom Woodall Panther Trail.
 
EIU then spaces out its next three regular season meets at two-week intervals traveling first to the Indiana State McNichols Invitational in Terre Haute on Sept. 21.
 
The Panthers compete at the Louisville Cross Country Classic on Oct. 5 and then return to the Prairie State to run in the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 18.
 
This year's Ohio Valley Conference Championship will be hosted by SIUE on Saturday, Nov. 2.
 
The 2019 NCAA Midwest Regional will be hosted by Oklahoma State on Nov. 15 while the NCAA National Championships return to Terre Haute on Nov. 23 at the Gibson Championships XC Course.
