JONESBORO, Ark. – Eastern Illinois men's golf wrapped up fall tournament play on Tuesday at the 54-hole Arkansas State Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate.
Pierce Allord was EIU's top finisher placing 58th during the event played at the RidgePointe Country Club. Allord shot 230 with his best round of 74 coming on Monday afternoon.
EIU shot a team score of 302 during the final 18 holes on Tuesday with
Preston Smith shooting a round of 74. Smith was tied for 64th with a 54-hole score of 234.
Keegan Gowin was the Panthers second highest finisher in a tie for 59th with a score of 231. Gowin's best round was 75 on Tuesday.
Ben Lanman closed with a round of 75 on Tuesday to shoot 244 and tie for 90th.
Grant Mascal was EIU's final golfer shooting 249 with his best round of 79 coming on Tuesday afternoon.
Host Arkansas State won the team title with the ASU golfer Jack Madden winning the individual medalist honors.
