2022 EIU Men's Tennis Schedule

Paul Jarzynka has released the Panthers schedule for the upcoming 2022 spring season. The slate includes five home matches at the Rex Darling Courts in the late portion of the schedule.
EIU will open play at Big Ten member Michigan State on Friday, January 14, one of two Big Ten opponents the Panthers have on the schedule this year. EIU will play at Purdue on Feb. 26.
The opening month features seven matches including neutral side matches against UIC and North Dakota during trips to face Northern Illinois and Marquette respectively.
EIU will play five matches in the month of February including a neutral site match against Northern Kentucky on Feb. 18 in Terre Haute.
The Panther open the month of March with a pair of matches in the Cincinnati area facing Xavier and Dayton. EIU closes the month with home matches on March 27 against Olivet Nazarene and Rose-Hulman. EIU's home opener will be against St. Francis (Ill.) on March 19.
EIU's four April matches will all be Ohio Valley Conference contests as the league has just five men's tennis members this spring. EIU will play at Tennessee Tech and Austin Peay before hosting Tennessee State and Belmont on April 15 & 16.
This year's Ohio Valley Conference Tournament is set for April 29-May 1 in Evansville, Ind.
