The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced Scholar All-America honors for spring 2021. Selections were made on the basis of their Spring grade point averages and represent 17,982 student-athletes. Â
The Scholar All-America team includes 721 teams from 424 institutions spanning the NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA and NJCAA levels. CSCAA will name its individual Scholar All-America team next week.
The EIU women posted a 3.65 grade point average for the spring term while the Panther men finished with a 3.15 team GPA.
EIU was joined on the Scholar All-America team by Summit League members Denver (men & women), South Dakota (men & women), South Dakota State (men & women) and Omaha (women).
