Eastern Illinois women's basketball head coach Matt Bollant has announced two promotions within the Panthers staff.  
 
Marqus McGlothan has been elevated to associate head coach while Allie LeClaire will be the assistant head coach.
 
McGlothan will be entering his second season on the Panthers staff while LeClaire enters her third year with the Panthers.
 
EIU is coming off a 21-8 season including a 14-4 record in the Ohio Valley Conference reaching the OVC Tournament semifinals.   EIU set a school for conference wins to open a season with 13 landing in the CollegeInsider Mid-Major Top 25 poll for six weeks.
