Eastern Illinois men's tennis placed six student-athletes on the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll released by the league office.
 
EIU plays men's tennis as an affiliate member of the Horizon League competing in the Southern Division which is comprised of the Ohio Valley Conference schools that sponsor men's tennis and Belmont.
 
Tyler Carlin, William Hays, Max Pilipovic-Kljajic, Pau Riera, Cameron Slabbert and Thomas Wallace were all listed among the student-athletes on the fall honor roll.
 
To qualify, a student-athlete must hold a 3.2 or higher cumulative GPA and have completed a minimum of three academic semesters at the current institution.
 
The EIU men's tennis team recently opened its spring season and hosted IUPUI over the weekend.
