Eastern Illinois men's golf split its team into two different groups this week competing at both the Murray State Racer Intercollegiate and the Tennessee State Big Blue Intercollegiate on Monday and Tuesday.
 
The event hosted by Murray State was the Panthers official competition for the week as EIU finished in a tie for 14th in the field with the 54-hole event played at the Country Club of Paducah in Paducah, Ky.
 
EIU's remaining four individuals on the team competed at the TSU Big Blue Intercollegiate with the 54-hole event played at Hermitage Golf Club in Old Hickory, Tenn., on the President's Reserve Course.
 
Alex Siatos led the Panthers at the Murray State event with 54-hole total of 227 which placed him in a tie for 59th.  He opened and closed the tournament with rounds of 75.
 
Cole Jaworski closed with a round of 75 on Tuesday as the senior moved up to finish in a tie for 74th with a 54-hole score of 232.
 
Jack Roche and Luke Watson both shot 234 for the tournament to tie for 78th.  Roche had his low round in Monday's opening round with a 76.  Watson posted a low round of 76 on Monday afternoon.
 
EIU's final golfer at Murray State was Ian Hollander in a tie for 83rd with a score of 236.  His low round was 77 on Monday afternoon.
 
Chattanooga ran away with the team championship with Evan Rogers of Chattanooga the individual medalist.
 
At the same time Reis Claybrooke led EIU's four additional golfers in Tennessee shooting a 54-hole score of 227 to tie for 47th.  He had a low round of 74 during the opening round on Monday.
 
Trey Oswald finished tied for 54th with a score of 228 and a low round of 75 on Monday afternoon.
 
Jack Yewchuk had EIU's low round of the tournament with a final round 73 on Tuesday to shoot 229 and tie for 56th.
 
Michael Madayag was the Panthers final golfer placing 77th with a score of 246.  His low round was Monday afternoon with a 78.
