Eastern Illinois had its two game Ohio Valley Conference win streak snapped on Wednesday night at Tennessee State.  EIU fell to 5-11 overall, 2-1 in the OVC.  The Panthers face a Belmont team selected as the preseason favorite in the OVC polls.  Belmont has lost two straight OVC games falling on Tuesday night to SIU Edwardsville.  The Bruins are 4-14 overall, 1-2 in the conference. 

OROSZOVA DOUBLE-DOUBLE AGAIN
Sabina Oroszova posted her fourth double-double in the last five games finishing with 14 points and 12 rebounds at Tennessee State.  Oroszova now has nine double-doubles this season and 27 for her career.  She has continually moved up the EIU career list in scoring, rebounding and blocked shots this season.  Oroszova is 3rd on the EIU career rebounds list with 825.  She is 21st on the EIU career scoring list with 1,047.  She is second at EIU with 153 career blocks.    Entering the weekend she is fifth in the OVC in scoring, first in rebounding and third in blocked shots.

BROWN REACHES DOUBLE FIGURE REBOUNDS
Erica Brown pulled down a career high 11 rebounds on Wednesday at Tennessee State.  The sophomore forward just missed her first career double-double finishing with eight points.  In OVC play Brown is averaging 7.6 rebounds per game while averaging 11.3 points per contest.  She has five blocks over the last two games and ranks fourth in the league in blocked shots.
