CHARLESTON, Ill. -- Eastern Illinois men's and women's tennis will hit the road one final time during the regular-season as the Panthers travel to Jacksonville State on Saturday (April 4), and the ladies also head to Belmont next Tuesday (April 7) in key Ohio Valley Conference action.

First serves at JSU are set for 11 a.m., while the women's rescheduled match at Belmont is scheduled for a 5 p.m. start.

With the regular-season quickly coming to an end, the Eastern men sit at 3-13 overall and 2-4 in the OVC, as the guys need to win at least two of their last three league matchups in order to finish among the top six squads and advance to the end-of-season conference championship in Nashville on April 17-19.

The Panther women, meanwhile, currently tie for third place in the league standings with a 5-1 mark and are 10-4 overall on the season.

Prior to hosting SIU Edwardsville today, the JSU men and women Gamecocks of JSU own respective 7-10/2-2 and 6-10/3-3 records, while the Belmont Bruins are riding an eight-match losing streak and sport a 3-12 overall and 0-4 league mark prior to traveling to Austin Peay and hosting Murray State this weekend.

QUICK LOOK AT THE PANTHERS
For the EIU men, junior Robert Skolik's 8-8 overall singles mark leads all Panthers, which includes a 6-5 No. 1 record and a 7-3 mark over the last ten matchups.  He ties freshman Preston Touliatos with respective 4-2 records in OVC play, as Touliatos has gone 6-4 in singles action in his own last ten contests.

For the ladies, Ali Foster continues to shine for EIU as the junior owns an impressive 12-2 overall singles record, which includes a 5-1 OVC tally and a recent 9-1 mark over the course of her last ten matchups.

Junior Hannah Kimbrough follows at 8-5 overall and ties newcomer Grace Summers with a 4-2 conference mark, while teaming in doubles play the duo own a 8-4 record at the No. 2 spot.

UP NEXT ON THE PANTHER SCHEDULE
Following the final road swing, the Panthers will finish up the regular-season at their own Rex Darling Courts next weekend, hosting Morehead State on Friday (April 10) and Eastern Kentucky on Saturday (April 11).  First serves for women's action has been moved to a 10 a.m. start, with the guys play to begin following the completion of ladies' competition at approximately 1 p.m.
