Eastern Illinois women's cross country wrapped up its 2024 season on Friday with a 25th place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional hosted by Bradley University at the Newman Golf Course in Peoria.

EIU had a pair of runners post top 100 finishes led by senior
Mackenzie Aldridge who placed 77th with a time of 21:14.12 on the 6K course.Â
Brenda Torres was just a few runners behind Aldridge finishing 82nd with a time of 21:20.25.

Kylie Haacke was the Panthers third runner to cross as she placed 145th with a time of 22:13.87.

EIU's final two scored runners both finished between 185 and 200 with
Rylea Borgic and
Sophie Krueger. Borgic was 185th with a time of 22:54.78. Krueger placed 200th with a mark of 23:06.76.

EIU's sixth and seventh competitors were
Macie Russell and
Kathryn Cichon. Russell was 212th with a time of 23:20.40. Cichon was 224th with a time of 23:57.07.
