Eastern Illinois women's cross country completed the Panthers cross country title sweep for the second straight year.

The EIU women won their fourth overall OVC Championship with back-to-back titles winning with 42 points.  EIU was followed by Southern Indiana, Southeast Missouri and Tennessee Tech in the top four.

Mackenzie Aldridge closed from fourth with just under 2K left in the 6K race to move into second place posting a time of 21:11.85.  Teammate Sarah Carr was solidly in fifth all afternoon with a time of 21:36.08 as both runners earned first team All-OVC honors.
Brenda Torres and Kylie Haacke both added top ten finishes for EIU with both earning second team All-OVC honors.  Torres was eighth with time of 21:58.17.  Haacke was tenth with a time of 22:07.39.
Kylie Decker clinched the championship for EIU as the fifth scored runner placing 17th with a time of 22:32.74.
Rylea Borgic and Alex Gomez closed out the top seven EIU runners in the championship.  Borgic was 23rd with a time of 22:38.65. Gomez placed 28th with a time of 22:48.61.
