Eastern Illinois women's tennis returns to action this weekend with three matches scheduled on the road as the Panthers play at Northern Illinois on Saturday before matches against both Northern Iowa and Northwestern on Sunday.
 
EIU lost its season opener last week falling 6-1 to North Dakota in a match played in Terre Haute.
 
Freshman Ornella Lomenzo picked up the win for the Panthers playing at No. 2 singles.
 
In the preseason OVC rankings released prior to the season, Charleigh Fay was named the EIU singles player to watch while Aleyla Wooten and Michelle Kostadinova were selected as the Panthers doubles team to watch.
