Eastern Illinois women's tennis returns to action this week with matches on Wednesday and Friday.

The Panthers will host Saint Louis on Wednesday in Terre Haute, Ind., at 10 a.m. with the match played at the Terre Haute Tennis & Pickelball Center. EIU then has matches on Friday at Bowling Green and Ball State.

EIU split its weekend matches last week picking up its second win of the season on Friday with a 4-3 decision over IU Indy.  EIU won all four points in singles play.

On the season three players are tied for the team lead with two wins each in singles;
Charleigh Fay,
Ornella Lomenzo and Luisa Renovales-Salazer all with two singles wins.

In doubles play EIU's No.1 doubles pair of
Aleyla Wooten and
Michelle Kostadinova has posted a 3-1 record this season.
