Eastern Illinois women's tennis is scheduled to play its first true home match of the season this Sunday as the Panthers host Minnesota State at 1:30 p.m. at the Rex Darling Courts in Charleston.
The Panthers have three players tied for the team lead with three singles wins each.
Aleyla Wooten joined the list last week with a win at No. 1 singles at Illinois State.
Ornella Lomenzo and
Luisa Renovales Salazar are also tied for the team lead with three singles wins.
In doubles play the No. 1 doubles team of
Aleyla Wooten and
Michelle Kostadinova have posted four wins with their last against Northern Kentucky last week.
If weather is determined to be a factor for playing conditions, a decision will be made late Saturday if the match will be moved to Terre Haute to be played at the Terre Haute Tennis & Pickleball Center.
